Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Rivaani piece. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work. You can raise a return within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged, wrong, or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, we'll make it right with a full refund or a free replacement, and we cover the return shipping. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue.

Size, fit, or change of mind

If the size or fit isn't right, we're happy to offer an exchange (subject to availability) or store credit. For these returns, the customer arranges and pays the return shipping.

Items must be unused

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via UPI or bank transfer to an account you provide. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
